A pretty chime with the bronze wire curling at each end. This chime has three desert bells. Made by rural artisans in a small cooperative in the Kutchchi desert region of western India.
Each bell is first beaten into shape by hand, then buried under the hot desert sand in a kiln. Since the bells all have slightly different shapes, each one has a unique patina and tone.
Approximately 13" in length.
